About these terms
These terms apply when you use golfgameshq.com and play our games. The site is run by Great Creators, based in London, UK. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The games are free
All our games are free to play, and you don't need an account. We may add, change or remove games, or change how scoring works, at any time.
Leaderboard names
If you add your name to a leaderboard, it will be shown publicly. Please don't use a name that:
- is offensive, abusive or discriminatory
- pretends to be someone else, including a real golfer or celebrity
- includes a link, an advert, or someone else's personal details
We can edit or remove any name, or remove a score, without notice.
Play fair
Please don't use bots or scripts, tamper with scores, or try to break or overload the site. If we think a score isn't genuine, we may remove it.
Not an official site
Golf Games HQ is an independent fan site. We're not connected with, or endorsed by, any golf tour, championship, club or player. That includes The Masters, The Open, the US Open, the PGA Championship and the courses featured in our games. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Our content and photos
The games, puzzles and design of this site belong to Great Creators. Please don't copy or republish them without asking.
Some photos in our games belong to other people. If you own an image used on this site and would like it credited or removed, email greatcreators@icloud.com and we'll deal with it promptly.
Accuracy
We work hard to get our golf facts right, but we can't promise everything is accurate or up to date. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.
Our responsibility
The site is provided "as is", and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

Changes and the law
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
